Suggested Use

Intended use: This product is intended for healthy adults who want to maintain beautiful and radiant skin and healthy hair and nails.

Recommended daily dose: 1 serving daily after a meal. Dissolve 1 serving (8 g of powder = 1 scoop) in 250 ml of water or another beverage using a shaker for at least 10 seconds.
