Gold Omega 3® D3+K2 – latest generation bioctive complex with a high content of omega-3 with vitamins D3 and K2. Premium fine concentrated cold-water fish oil with a 65% standardised content of omega-3 fatty acids supplementing the diet with essential omega-3 fatty acids. Gold Omega 3® D3+K2 also contains a high amount of natural vitamin K from natto, featuring in its most digestible and active form – menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2). The product has been supplemented with 2000 IU of vitamin D (D3).

1 capsule contains – 1000 mg of fish oil of which 65% Omega-3 EPA and DHA + 2000 IU D3 + 50µg K2 natto MK-7.

Vitamin K2 natto is a natural active form of vitamin K menaquinone-7 or MK-7 with more complete use in the body compared to other forms of vitamin K. Vitamin K in the body participates in bone mineralization – regulates calcium metabolism, which helps maintain bone health, prevents calcium from settling in the soft tissues – arterial walls, additionally preventing vascular and heart valve calcification and promoting normal blood clotting.

Omega – 3 essential fatty acids are not formed in the body, so they must be taken with food – in the form of fish or extra fish oil. Regular consumption of omega – 3 fatty acids in the diet is necessary for general health, normal and full functioning of the body. Omega -3 DHA helps maintain normal vision and brain function, the beneficial effect is achieved by taking 250mg of DHA every day. EPA and DHA promote normal heart function – the beneficial effect is achieved by taking 250mg of EPS and DHS every day.

Vitamin D helps to maintain normal blood calcium levels, promotes normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus in the body, thus helping to maintain bone and dental health, ensures normal muscle function and promotes normal immune function.
