The unique organic iron-amino acid compound FERROCHEL™ is a patented form of non-heme iron – Fe(II) in the form of an amino acid chelate, which has the same good bioactivity and tolerability as heme iron:

• very high bioactivity – significantly better iron absorption and controlled use throughout the body compared to other inorganic iron compounds, it is absorbed unchanged in intestinal mucosal cells;
