Olimp Labs Essentix™

Essentix™ is a food supplement intended to maintain liver in a good and healthy condition, especially recommended to those, whose liver is exposed to such factors as heavy food diet, alcohol, or medicines and who want to improve liver function. It contains high-quality phospholipids from soya bean seeds (Glycine max l.), which are rich in phosphatidylcholine in the form of oil as well as vitamins A and E.

Phospholipids are a group of lipids that are an essential and primary building element of all cell membranes in the body, including those in the liver. The distinctive double-layer structure ensures that the intrinsic properties of cell membranes are preserved and that the interior and exterior environments of the cell remain separated from each other. The main component of the phospholipids which form the cell membranes is phosphatidylcholine, a compound containing choline. The chemical structure of the phospholipids in Essentix™ corresponds to the structure of the body’s phospholipids. The natural choline included in the preparation helps to maintain normal lipid (fat) and homocysteine metabolism in the liver and helps maintain normal liver function

Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps protect cells, including liver cells, against oxidative stress.
